These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Digital Push website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Digital Push provides digital marketing (including social media marketing and paid ads), web design, web development, CRM development, and AI solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals or service agreements.
Project scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms, revisions, and milestones will be stated in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause ongoing work.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required access (e.g. ad accounts, hosting, brand assets) needed to deliver services. Delays in client input may affect timelines.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to agreed deliverables as specified in the project contract. Digital Push retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Digital Push is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
